I had a fantastic time with Psychiatry UK. Right from my first assessment, I felt like they really listened to me and got where I was coming from. The Titration process went smoothly as well. My clinician, Denise, was super quick to reply to my notes, which made it easier to nail down the right dose and medication for my symptoms. I genuinely felt looked after during my time with them, and I've even told my friends to check it out.

I really appreciate the help from Psychiatry UK and Dr. Basavaraj during a time when I felt pretty low. My life has transformed, and I'm reaching new heights thanks to the support I received. Big thanks!

Dr. Kumar really had my back during the first assessment. I was a bit anxious about adapting to the new healthcare system since my diagnosis came from Korea, but he was quick to check in on my symptoms. Plus, the session was organized nicely, and he allowed me plenty of time to share my thoughts and situation. All in all, today's meeting was super beneficial for me.

Fantastic service, perfect for folks like us who are fed up with the NHS waiting periods. The entire team was supportive and kind, particularly Salma, my prescriber. I’d surely suggest this to others, and I’ve already done so. The only minor complaint is that you gotta be super proactive and manage your own care - those needing extra help might find it tough.

Kent Contract on Hold! They ain't being completely honest on their site and haven't responded to the Local Medical Committee's request for some clarity. Currently, there’s no 'activity' for patients in Kent.

The service I received was truly incredible from start to finish. My psychiatrist, Edward Bryan, was amazing, making me feel comfortable and understood during my ADHD assessment.

Denise, my prescriber during the medication titration phase, was just as wonderful. She responded to my messages super quickly, even on weekends, and showed great patience when my titration took longer than expected due to trying out different medications and doses.

I accessed this service through the Right to Choose scheme funded by the NHS, but I’m confident that if I were a private paying customer, it would be worth every single penny.

At 36 years old, I was on the hunt for a diagnosis. They were just fantastic, taking great care of me, and I’d totally suggest visiting them if you’re in need of a diagnosis! The doctor I saw was super nice and attentive!

At 34, I was pretty anxious about my ADHD assessment, but Anney really put me at ease from the get-go. She's super knowledgeable and has been a huge help. Getting diagnosed has finally cleared up so many questions I've had since childhood and through my teenage years up to now. I’d definitely give her a 5-star recommendation!

After waiting more than a year for a diagnosis and my meds, I was let go without any heads-up because my two-week vacation clashed with a request for info that I couldn't get to since I was away. Now, I'm stuck without treatment and facing at least another whole year with no support. It's just awful.

Big thanks to Psychiatry-UK, not just for the diagnosis but also for the help while we searched for the right medication at the proper dosage. Denise has been incredibly supportive and understanding, and even though we had to experiment with a few different meds, we believe we've hit the right balance. Whenever I faced any issues with my medications, I felt comfortable reaching out to Denise, and she always responded promptly.

Great communication post-assessment and after my doctor was assigned. The tough part was getting assessed. Once that was done, everything moved along quickly and officially, taking into account the impact of the medication, mental health, and all that (my prescriber was really understanding of my anxiety and depression).

Once I got everything figured out and let things calm down, it was all smooth sailing.
